Free Chocolate (and other goodies) in November

No sooner had I posted my list of Top 5 Free Events in November, than I saw this from Secrets of Paris:
Next Thursday (November 12), some of the city’s sweetest men will be presenting their chocolate creations and signing books at Galeries Lafayette. From 5-9pm, you’ll be able to steal samples from Sadaharu Aoki, Pierre Hermé, Jean-Paul Hévin and five other master chocolatiers.
Nuit Blah or Blanche?

"Don't Leave the Lights On"
The annual Nuit Blanche festival, an all-night contemporary art party, will take place on Saturday night between 7pm and 7am. Although I’ve been in Paris for 6 of the 8 editions, I’ve managed to attend only once. Writing “Nuit Blanche” in my calendar is a sure trigger to the social universe to send a competing invitation.
This Saturday, a mariage will keep me away. Because weddings here end late (or rather, early), there’s still some chance that I’ll be crossing the Parc des Buttes Chaumont in high heels at 4am and encountering the Don’t Leave the Lights On installation.
