We went a few weekends ago on your recommendation and it hit the spot, my new/only "favorite" sushi restaurant in Paris. We ordered a shitton of sushi, maki, beer, sake, edamame, etc and it was 40€ total for 2, just like you said. Only downside is the super cramped shoebox of a dining room. If not for that I would have already returned with with a larger group of Frenchies to introduce them to "California-style" sushi illico presto!

I am always looking for good sushi in Paris and would love to give this a try! I'm tempted to try Kaiseki even more though, as I would love something a little more JPN :)

I also love the way the French say "Krunchy". I worked at a cafe where we sold "Poulet krunchy", basically chicken nuggets, and something about saying it "Krun-shee" made me laugh every time.
